Company
At Common Ground Dance Co., every member of our company is a crucial part of our team. We believe in building strong connections through commitment, accountability, and a genuine desire to uplift one another. We encourage our dancers to take ownership of their journey by arriving ready to learn, maintaining a positive outlook, accepting feedback with respect, and always giving their best effort. While mastering technique is important, we know that true artistry brings dance to life, inspiring our dancers to explore their creativity and discover their unique voices as artists.
Our Teams

Our company welcomes dancers starting from the age of 8 and continues to support them all the way through high school seniors. Every member is required to take classes in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip hop to build a strong foundation. Additionally, we offer optional classes in musical theater, tap, and pointe for those looking to expand their skills and explore new styles. Join us for a comprehensive dance education that nurtures talent and creativity!
For younger dancers, we also offer preschool movement for ages 3-5, and a pre-company program for those ages 6-8.
